Service Advisor Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Welcome Customers and discuss their Service needs
  • Schedule service appointments with Customers
  • Estimate the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs
  • Answering Customer inquiries in person or on the phone
  • Develop repair estimates and make recommendations
  • Prepare repair orders by detailing any vehicle mechanical issues

Service Advisor Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Communication skills, written and oral
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Critical thinker, organized, time management and problem solving skills
  • Decision making skills
  • Proficient with computers
  • Ability to interpret technical terms to Customers
