Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and support the sales team with their performance
  • Ensure all sales processes are followed
  • Lead, mentor and coach sales staff to achieve all targets
  • Establish monthly action plans to achieve sales objectives
  • Assist in training current and new sales associates
  • Contribute to the monthly sales numbers
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and brand specific processes
  • Maintain a clear and thorough understanding of the policies and procedures of the dealership at all times

Candidates with a proven track record of setting and achieving sales targets, 3-5 years previous automotive sales experience, and who are self-motivated individuals can apply to join our family owned and operated dealership in the heart of Amherst, NS. Sales/Leasing Consultant

Responsibilities:
  • Develop excellent relationships with all customers
  • Respond to a variety of sales lead sources professionally and immediately, at a 
  • variety of times
  • Maintain the existing follow-up process with customers
  • Participate in all company and manufacturer sales training
  • Actively seek sales opportunities in addition to company provided leads
  • Achieve monthly sales targets for both new and used vehicle sales
  • Regularly market yourself, our Award-Winning Kia brand and our dealership by thinking outside of the box and using means such as video, social media, email, messenger, etc.
  • Follow company processes and guidelines

Candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, 3 years minimum previous automotive sales experience, possess an energetic and positive attitude, who are self-motivated individuals and can consistently bring their very best every day are invited apply to join our family owned and operated dealership in the heart of Amherst, NS.
